We went to Wangsa Walk for lunch a few days ago, since I had to pick up my Popular Bookstore membership card. So we stopped by at Korean BBQ Chicken for lunch. Actually it's one of my favourite restaurants, I was so sad when the one at AU2 closed down a few weeks ago.
Our menu:
- Jerk Chicken (MINE!)
- BBQ Chicken sandwich (My original choice but gave way to sharlina coz she was hungrier)
- BBQ Chicken and rice
- Pat Bing Soo (FREE!)
There are 2 dishes that I simply love here. First is the one I had, Jerk Chicken (yup, I was confused by the name at first too). The chicken is perfectly marinated in a hot Korean sauce and then grilled. The meat is juicy and tender. Served with fries and coleslaw. Perfect for a Malaysian (well, half-Kelantanese/half Sarawakian) palate like mine. Hot and slightly sweet.
Secondly is the BBQ chicken sandwich. The first time I ordered it I was a bit confused why a "sandwich" costs more than a chicken chop. Then, I saw the portions. Seriously, 2 skinny girls would have trouble finishing it. The sandwich consists of 2 pieces of juicy hot BBQ chicken, salad, tomato, onion and mayonaise, served with fries and coleslaw. Basically, it's like eating 2 jerk chicken in a nice soft bread bun.
I would also like to commend the staff for being nice enough to transfer my loyalty stamps from the AU2 branch to Wangsa Walk. Don't worry, I will be back!

Alhamdulillah, I checked my Nuffnang account today and got a nice surprise. My first Buffered Earning! I'm excited to see what happens next. I created the account exactly 1 month ago (19/5/10). What a nice anniversary gift. Thank you Nuffnang!
